Engagement & pilot
We start with a Proof of Life / Data Readiness audit, then a 4-week pilot: one use case, full integration, and 10-20-70 governance (10% discovery, 20% build with your team, 70% you run with our monitoring). No unsupervised AI. Setup ranges from $3,000 to $15,000 depending on tier; ongoing retainers from $750 to $2,500/month. From there we scope support or expansion.
Proof of Life audit aligns scope; then one use case, full integration into your stack, and 10-20-70 governance. We deliver a clear technical spec, outcome, and security guarantee. No unsupervised AI—human-in-the-loop is built into every workflow.
The pilot is a fixed 4-week engagement. After that, ongoing support is typically monthly or quarterly; retainers range from $750 to $2,500/month depending on tier. Cancellation and change-of-scope terms are in the SOW.
Typical implementation is 2–4 weeks for Field Services Autopilot (Revenue Recovery) and Secure Internal RAG (The Invisible Hook). Sovereign Infrastructure engagements can run longer depending on environment and compliance validation. We lock scope and timeline at kickoff.
We recommend one use case per pilot for clear outcomes and 10-20-70 handoff. Multiple use cases can be scoped as a phased engagement or separate pilots.
Change-of-scope and pause terms are in the SOW. We’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust; we don’t charge for reasonable pauses when agreed in writing.
Yes. We’re used to NDAs, vendor forms, and security questionnaires. Send your standard NDA or requirements and we’ll respond promptly.
We review your use case, data sources, systems, and constraints to confirm feasibility and scope. It’s a short, structured assessment so the pilot has clear boundaries and success criteria.
You choose: move to an ongoing retainer (monitoring, tuning, support), add use cases, or pause. We don’t auto-renew; next steps are agreed in writing.
Pricing & payment
We accept ACH, wire, and major credit cards. Invoicing is available for approved accounts; terms are typically Net 30. Payment details are in the SOW.
Yes. Annual prepay and multi-year agreements can qualify for discounted retainers. We’ll outline options when we scope your engagement.
Expansion is scoped separately. We’ll propose add-on use cases, integration work, and adjusted retainer tiers. No lock-in beyond the terms in your SOW.
No. Pilot and retainer pricing are defined in the SOW. Third-party tools (e.g. CRM, telephony) you already use stay on your bill; we don’t markup those. Custom integrations or net-new software are scoped and quoted upfront.
Pilot outcomes and success criteria are agreed in the SOW. If we don’t meet defined milestones, we work with you to remediate or adjust scope. Refund terms, if any, are specified in the contract.
Setup covers Proof of Life / Data Readiness audit, pilot scoping, integration into your stack for one use case, and 10-20-70 governance setup. Higher tiers (e.g. Sovereign, Custom Enterprise) include more discovery and compliance validation.
Yes. After discovery we provide a written proposal and SOW with scope, timeline, pricing, and success criteria. No commitment until you sign.

Custom Enterprise engagements can include white-label or customer-facing branding. It’s scoped in the pilot; we’ll align on what’s in and out of scope.
You own your data and can export it per your retention policies. We’ll support an orderly offboarding: documentation, data handoff, and transition. No lock-in beyond the contract term.
Support hours and response times are defined in the engagement. For Field Services Autopilot, the AI can run 24/7; human support and escalation follow the SLA in your SOW.
Field Services Autopilot is for revenue recovery: AI agents that handle calls, scheduling, and CRM (e.g. ServiceTitan, Salesforce) for field service teams. Secure Internal RAG (The Invisible Hook) is for document intake and internal knowledge—RAG on your proprietary docs only. Both run in your infrastructure with human-in-the-loop.

Technical & integration
Your data stays in your environment. Field Services Autopilot and Secure Internal RAG run in your infrastructure (e.g. your cloud or on-prem). Sovereign Infrastructure is fully on-prem and air-gapped. We don’t store your data in our own production systems.
Integration is via your existing systems (CRM, phone, docs). Custom APIs and webhooks can be scoped in the pilot for Custom Enterprise or specific use cases.
Because we deploy in your infrastructure, uptime depends on your environment and our integration. SLAs and availability targets are defined in the engagement for supported components.
We work with your documents (PDF, Office, text), CRM records, and call/contact data. Exact formats and sources are validated in the Proof of Life audit. Unusual or legacy formats can be scoped as custom work.
Sovereign and Custom Enterprise tiers can use your chosen models in your environment. Standard tiers use our stack; we can discuss bring-your-own-model in discovery.
We integrate with your current telephony and CRM (e.g. ServiceTitan, Salesforce). No requirement to replace them; we connect via APIs and approved connectors. Requirements are confirmed in the audit.
Our solutions integrate with your existing tools; agents and RAG run server-side. Your team uses your current CRM and communication tools on mobile as they do today.
For standard pilots, integration is part of the 4-week timeline. Complex or custom integrations may extend the pilot; we lock scope and dates at kickoff.

You do. Your documents, calls, and contact data stay in your environment. We never train on your data or send it to third-party APIs without your control. Sovereign Infrastructure is fully on-prem and air-gapped; other tiers deploy in your infrastructure so you retain full control.

Sovereign Infrastructure is built for enterprise-grade security, SOC 2 / ISO-aligned controls, and air-gapped operation—ideal for data-sensitive commercial operations in Riverside County and the Inland Empire. For Field Services Autopilot and Secure Internal RAG, we deploy in your infrastructure so you retain full control and can meet GDPR/CCPA and internal policies.
Secure AI Systems Integration is our focus. Sovereign Infrastructure meets SOC 2 / ISO-aligned standards for high-assurance, data-sensitive commercial requirements. All tiers are designed for data sovereignty—local inference, zero telemetry, no training on your data.
Yes. Data in transit and at rest follows your environment’s encryption; we align with your policies. Sovereign Infrastructure uses your approved crypto and key management.
We follow secure development and can provide documentation for your security review. For Sovereign and high-assurance contexts, we can align with your audit and pen-test requirements.
Incident and breach notification terms are in our agreements. Because your data stays in your environment, your existing incident procedures apply; we define roles and notification in the SOW.
We don’t persist your business data in our systems. In your environment, retention follows your policies. Any logging or telemetry we use is described in the SOW and limited to what’s necessary for support.
We can work in healthcare-adjacent operations with appropriate BAAs and controls. Full HIPAA-covered workloads are scoped case-by-case; tell us your use case in discovery.
